First digital release on Mindtrick Records is the hree tracker EP from Holland’s Sinister Souls, coming as a sequel to their debut 12″ on Mindtrick. The title track is a particularly clever “drumstep” tune which manages to integrate the weight of dubstep to the percussiveness of drum’n’bass without using the dreaded cliché wobble that is too often synonymous with this hybrid genre. It is followed by a hard-as-nails, crazy energetic remix by Loop Stepwalker, and the whole thing closes with a slightly more moody “Limbo”.
