6BLOCC
R.A.W. aka 6BLOCC is known for his relentless techniques behind the wheels of steel. Getting his start back in 1985, this dj is no amateur when it comes to tuntablizm. He was already battling local djs in Los Angeles before the modern dj culture was even created. By 2007 R.A.W reinvents himself as 6BLOCC and is releasing his new sound on labels like Lo Dubs, N2O, Tribe Steppaz UK, Bootshake UK, La Dubstep Nostra and the popular white label War Recordings. In 2008, Portland bass music label, Lo Dubs calls upon the 6BLOCC to rock a mix cd featuring the Lo Dubs roster. The word on the streets is 6BLOCC is looking to put out some white labels of his hottest dubplates that always get the call...PUULLLL UUUPPPPP!!!! If you're wondering what the name 6BLOCC means? I got the name from a Masta Ace song here he says, "the bass I create is heard from six blocks". BOOM!You can find 6Blocc on the Diabolical EP with his remix of the Deformer track "The Follower"
Aaron Spectre
Captain Spectre manages to combine breakbeats and punk flawlessly into one solid, seductive piece of evidence that distortion can be both pretty and powerful. Hailing from the United States, Aaron Spectre has pushed the boundries of the rougher edges of jungle and breakcore to a point where ambience and melody go hand in hand with glitch and core. His livesets are energetic, original and heavily improvised rushes of liquid acid, taking even his own tracks to level eleven.

Atiq
Atiq Soundcloud Guido van den Brink, more commonly known as the musician Atiq and headmaster of Mindtrick Records, quickly dwelled in the realms of electronic music after his first encounter with breakbeat music. Coming from a metal background, his love for this ‘new sound’ quickly resulted in establishing himself firmly in a niche of underground music. Through his musical experience, the producer, DJ and record label owner continues to develop his strong sense of futuristic, Epic and cinematic electronic music. Inside his studio and behind the decks, the Dutchman tends to fuse the old school with the new school sound in the most profound way – and without fearing to experiment – he achieves unique flavors without forgetting the roots of Dub, jungle and breaks. Atiq loves to experiment with atmospheres that hold a futuristic vision; combining all that’s necessary to give his music and the dance floor the variety it deserves. His covering formula has lead to successful DJ/live sets, solo material and of course the collaborative project with his partner-in-crime Enk. In 2013 and 2014, Atiq & Enk released the ‘Fear Of The Unknown’ and ‘Embracing The Unknown’ projects together on Tympanik Audio. Many received these as highly successful albums, representing an “inventive debut”, while others labelled it as a “presentation of beat-driven ambient music fares as an incredibly cathartic surprise”. Soon after, Atiq released his solo EP ‘Sonorous’ on the US based Onset Audio. This has all projected his further dedication to full-scale sound design, known for his in-depth automation skills, effects processing and attention to detail. “The Sonorous EP work contained on Atiq’s latest allows the mind to begin slowly disintegrating into a state of elemental consciousness; one realizes that this is where everything came from and will ultimately return to.” – Igloo Magazine. His self-owned Mindtrick Records, which celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2017, focuses on the more cerebral and complex side of bass music. With having released music from some of the most influential artists such as Mobthrow, Semiomime (DJ Hidden), Delete and kick started Tangent’s career, Atiq has gained recognition for creating/curating exceptional forward-thinking ethereal music, managing the now acclaimed artists and running his widely known record label. Knowing it all started for him with event promotion and organizing events in the harbor city of Rotterdam, nowadays you’ll easily find Atiq’s alias all over the bass music spectrum and in and outside of the Netherlands. His search for unheard vibrations continues and simply drives his musical development into new avenues. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for further progression in sound!
Atiq & Enk
The duo Atiq & Enk are fusing the oldskool with the nuskool in a most attractive way. Not fearing the experiment, they focus on flow and rythm, bringing a unique flavour to the Dutch jungle and breakcore scene without forgetting the roots. Breakbeats with a vision of tomorrow, they are combining all that is necessary to give a dancefloor the variety it deserves. Almost like a conspiracy of sound, prepare to see the unusual clash together into one.

Broken Note
Broken Note have followed a path of unrelenting sonic carnage and firmly established their uniquely heavy sound as an iconic mark in electronic music. Combining lean, considered, but heavy production skills with an appreciation of diverse rough beats; they are an unstoppable musical force that has been pummelling dance-floors across the globe since their inception. , While dubstep has over the years mutated in various sub-genres and variations, Broken Note's blend is of the colossal and dark kind. Tapping in breakcore for the density of their sound, shattering their 2-step influences in a myriad of details, and not afraid of supporting their mammoth-like basses with rude, heavy beats, these musicians come up with something that finally proves that dubstep can be as massive as it was famed to be. Features on the MTR004 cd with the track "Sullen"
Charly Linch
Charly Who? Charly Linch is Coen from Dordrecht, Netherlands. You can expect a mishmash of breakcore, hardcore, jungle and drum & bass from this laptop artist. Since three years he has been around, spoiling stages and clubs throughout the country and Europe. The mashups and speedbeats from this guy will remain stuck in your head for a week, like annoying white noise in your ears. This promises a night of stomping without any limits or decency.

Enk
CHAOS DRIVIN' BEAT SPLITTING METHODICAL GENIUSPim aka ENK, has a most amazing and introverted style, never staying in between the lines of musical boundaries, he pleases us with a most intersting electro, breaks with beautiful sounds of mystery and wonder. Enk has been hibernating in Rotterdam most his life, not trying to be on the top of the social scene, but instead playing a different hand at producing music which has a delightful mood, not worrying about the critics views, or whats hoppin in the dance floor, this guy's tunes have really impressed me over the last few years, from broken beats to ambient melodies!
Eusebeia
I just try to be as honest as I can through the work I do, and try to capture the emotion and perception I wish to convey. I make music for myself, partly because I don't like to assume that people will want to listen to it, but if they choose to listen to it and it helps them, then that's cool. I feel that if I do things from a visceral level and just stick to the path I'm on, then I am doing the will of the universe so to speak, and that's one thing which keeps me going. Eusebeia Soundcloud Eusebeia Facebook
EVS
Joining the dots between Croydon and Detroit, Rotterdam based producer EVS fuses Techno’s sonics and haunting soul with the low end and half time swing of Dubstep. Hailing for the same town as Marytn (3024) and proving that there is definitely something special filtering through Hollands water supply, EVS drops his debut 12” release on Studio Rockers. EVS creates dubstep that owes as much to the sounds of Mike Banks and Jeff Mills as it does to dubsteps founding forefathers. Think Basic Channel, Derrick May and Appleblim and you are half way there. Released his first EP on Studio Rockers in April 2009 and now signed to Mindtrick Records.
FFF
One of the main sharks in the Breakcore North Sea, Rotterdam-based FFF is a phenomenon, pushing the breaks, the rave and the core to the next level with intense beatmanipulation and can be considered a menace to dancefloors across the world. Without restrain, FFF drags his listeners through a journey of destructive rattles and humms, leaving them wasted, worn-out and begging for more. Raw but far from uncut, you can be sure that this Dutch breakcore-a-gogo maniac will not leave until you can scrape the blood off the walls.
Hajee
1992 The original Hajee started producing around the age of 16 when he got his first synthesizer. At that time he was living in a small village in the north of the Netherlands and it was hard to get in touch with non-main-stream music those days. Fortunately his father had a little TV-fetish so a satellite-receiver was installed and the first editions of MTV partyzone changed his life completely: Trip to Trumpton, Stakker Humanoid, Everybody in the Place, Sweet Harmony, FSOL and so on. Once his producer skills got more evolved he joined forces with Riez. Together they explored their relatively simple equipment and a lot of Acid erupted from their fuzzy speakers. In 1993 a collaboration was made with another, more hardcore oriented duo called Pharcyde Terror. A small studio was created in the outskirts of the city called Steenwijk where Hajee got his first hand on a hardware sampler: Roland S-760. Meanwhile the first signs of Jungle had reached Hajee and Riez and after hearing Jonny L "I Want You" it became all clear: Jungle it will be. 1994 In 1994 Hajee and Riez started the band Time Convert! Whereas their first jungle tracks could be regarded as experimental projects to gain gear-experience (read: sampler experience) their later tracks became more and more grown-up DnB- productions. Intensive demo spamming and their ambition to trash the world with their sound resulted in their first gigs. Being one of the first Dutch live DnB acts, Time Convert! was asked to perform at the Noorderslag festival in Groningen in the Drum n Basement. Along with Theremin, Simm Alley, Drum Origins, Opex (Loes Lee band), Amp Error and DJs Dreaz, Chaos and Esther, Time Convert proved that the Dutch DnB scene was rocking as hell. 1997 After being support-act for the Urban Dance Squad, Time Convert! made it through the first rounds of "De Grote Prijs van Nederland" and in accompany of MC Cesar they made a devastating performance in Paradiso, Amsterdam during the final of "De Grote Prijs van Nederland". Unfortunately they did not win, but since Amsterdam is de least DnB-area of Holland, they could cope with it very well. After this big adventure Riez and Hajee each went their own way. 1999 Hajee decided to finish his studies and started focusing on DJ-ing. It took him more than two years to grew over his Amen-addiction. At that time he only bought records that in some way contained the famous Amen-loop. His current criteria for good records can be regarded as well produced, atmospheric, deep and energetic. Some of his favorite artists are The Green Man, DJ Hidden, Silent Witness and Simon V. 2003 In 2003 Hajee started producing again with an EMU E6400 Ultra sampler and an old PC, running an even older version of Cubase. Slowly his bedroom-studio evolved to a satisfying home recording studio and very recently he switched to a new Digital Audio Workstation running Ableton Live. His style as a producer can be characterized by atmospheric sounds, saturated, although well controlled basses and smashing beats. He still has the ambition and the faith that someday he will produce that specific track that will change mankind forever!!!

Julien Mier
Julien Mier is a composer, instrumentalist, sound sculptor but in the first place an artist. He graduated from the School of Arts & Technology in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In his own words, he "combines found sounds with found objects to create a cascade of melodic, textural and rhythmic patterns. Mier started his journey in 2009, with a release called „Have Courage, Funny Thing”. Followed up by a 12’’ record called "The Galaxy Twitch." August 2012 saw the release of acclaimed EP "When Will You Wake Up?”. Joined by a conceptual videoclip, filmed in Canada for the single "Watercolour Sky”. Mobthrow
Mobthrow Hailing from Berlin, with a highly acclaimed debut on Ad Noiseam (DE), a brand new 12" EP on Mindtrick (NL) and a selection of appearances on labels such as Tympanik (US) and Spectraliquid (GR), Mobthrow has carved his unique "post-dubstep" niche sound throughout the years. As a professional mastering engineer and sound designer, he has developed a state-of-the-art approach to sound engineering and music production, a skill well translated into his own tracks and live sets. Notorious for his trippy, highly energetic performances, Mobthrow delivers a top-notch mutated fusion of heterogenous genres ranging from IDM and nu-jazz to drum'n'bass and dubstep, by blending instruments, found sounds and heavily processed sources, while balancing between aggressive outbursts, detailed sonic patterns and atmospheric ambiences. Intelligently extreme while also complex and sinister, his music preserves an industrial harshness only as a masterful touch to his explosive, heavyweight material. Be prepared for a haunting, mind-twisting journey, straight from the underground to the collapsing ones.
Myrkur
Myrkur is the mastermind behind the dutch Radical Dubstep party`s. Also a SAE college graduant and therefore knows exactly what he is doing with his dark variety of Bass music.
Nour Fawzi
Nour Fawzi is a Dutch/Egyptian producer/sounddesigner with it`s roots in the Dutch Tekno scene. He wanted to do more and be creatively free, so over the years he expanded his sound and created a vision on music which is absolutely unique. His 12 track album is called:

Fragmented

Broken up, cracked open/apart,shattered, splintered, fractured

1: Reduced to fragments
2: Existing and/or functioning as though broken into separate parts
3: Forcibly separated into many pieces

Highly technical but still organic, combining advanced synthesis & sample wizardry "Fragmented" clearly shows how contrasts can accentuate.
Foley type sound design, heavily edited sample melancholy and brutal basslines put together in an extraordinarily unique and natural sounding fashion, utilizing all disciplines electronic music production has to offer.
The Dutch/Egyptian producer displays an extensive skill set as the album progresses further, blending seamlessly into a cohesive narrative that is most likely some ominous fairytale.
Like a novel has chapters the individual songs become part of a larger composition, compelling the listener to hear how the story ends.
Incredibly diverse and still maintaining a very distinctive style Nour Fawzi's pristine mixing fuses a striking array of audible oddities, nostalgic, brutally dark, wondrous and at times even delicate.
This remarkable début album is a gluttonous feast of high quality recording technique, from the field to patching modular synths, from intricately sliced drums to crackly obscure vinyl sampling, melded into what electronic music should be...

Music without limitations!

Pornologic
Pornologic combines micromusic with four-to-the-floor elektro and goes way over the top during his energetic live performances. Time and again he lives up to his reputation of a havoc wreaking hooligan. Crowds all over the world couldn't help themselves and went on dancing way past the time any sane person should already be asleep! Drawing inspiration from oldskool computer music, electronic toys, synthpop and advancements in technology and science, this nerdy anti-hero guarantees a wildly theatrical live-show that is bound to leave the audience screaming for more and wetting their pants in expectation for the next time Pornologic flies his spaceship into town!
Prodigal Son/AxH
Prodigal Son/AxH is an underground legend and one of the most underrated producers of our time. His productions have been gaining worldwide recognition for several years now, and supported by DJ's like R.A.W., CRS?, APX-1, Reid Speed, Aaron Spectre, General Malice, Audio1 and Lorcscyric. Prodigal Son got interested in Jungle during his High School years with a heavy influence in Punk, HipHop and Reggae music. He began producing in 1998 and 2 years later began to DJ. Prodigal Son's production covers a great range, from hard-hitting drum&bass, hardsteppin' ragga pounders, dancehall reggae dubplates, and melodic selections; not to mention his strong devotion to turntablism and hip hop beat production.
Pythius
Pythius Drum & Bass Producer From The Netherlands. Making DnB with his own personal flavour, so don't expect anything standard! Also part of the Dutch Eskalation Crew!
Red Eyes
Red Eyes are an upcoming bass music dj / producer duo, based in Gent, Belgium. Originally formed as an electronica band with guest vocalists, after a while they decided to take their music into a new direction. Rlyeh1
Samuele Daccò is the man behind Rlyeh1 and is born and bred in Milan (Italy) and now spending his days in Vienna (Austria).
As a former SAE student he picked up the craft of making electronic music very well which resulted in his début album "The Grey Lights".
Not only his favourite artists influenced him (Burial, Amon Tobin, Aphex Twin and many more) but also other forms of art, literature and cinema contribute to his uncommon style, which can be heard on his first album: The Grey Lights.

His relentless work includes all the basic musical elements, which make Samuele's music unique: he clearly intends to create sound which is outside of specific music genres. His music is about research and experimentation, exploration of sound and highly imaginative. The Grey Lights is the best proof of this - and it is only the beginning.

Roel Funcken
Roel Funcken is a musician, DJ and producer from the Netherlands. He is one of two members of Funckarma - the other member is his brother Don Funcken. Roel Funcken has been releasing music since the late 90’ and on numerous labels off course Mindtrick Records,Schematic Records, Eat Concrete, Ad Noiseam, ShipWrec, Tympanik Audio and Combat Recordings to name a few. Last but not least on the Funckarma self-operated Funcken Industry record label. I believe I have a unique vision on music in its pure form, an unrestrained funck. Structure in the sense of driving rhythms, freeform melodics layered over each other in complex structures.
Sb-Six
SB-SIX his real name is Stefan Bookholt. He started producing tracks when he was about 15 years of age, in the early '90. The moment he heard the first electronic music tracks on underground dance radio shows, he knew he wanted to take part in creating this kind of music. Over the years lots of experiments were done with different styles of electronic music, ranging from hardcore to ambient, from lounge to drum&bass and more. The last few years he got heavily inspired by the English electronic music styles, like Bass, Future Garage and dubstep. Experimenting with different styles and creating new techniques to make unconventional sounds is the biggest source of inspiration for him, and will be in the years to come.

Set up in Utrecht (NL), they are a part of Utreg Massive. The sound has influences taken from Drum ‘n Bass, Downtempo, Breakcore and Tekno. Making an unique sound at a 140bpm tempo. Variation is a key element, no moments of dozing of into endless monotone subs and continues beats. They set out for the noise that makes you want to jump up and put on your bassface. This album “Underground Traffic” is the definite turning point of his musical career. The album consists of 14 tracks and takes you on a journey of underground traffic from dusty rail stations, through subway networks and deserted city’s. It exhibits a dark yet airy approach to beat-driven electronic music, injecting each song with an unmistakable groove and flow. Tangent is an electronic music project which combines electronics with acoustic instruments in a highly contrasting manner. The debut album “1 mk 2″ has just been finished and Tangent is proud to release this on Mindtrick records. “1 mk 2″ is inspired by the birth of our universe with all its violence and beauty. Always searching for the best quality of music, Tangent constantly pushes the boundaries of sound and music. Tangent consists of members Ralph van Reijendam (drums for Fire Walk with Us, Rob Klerkx and the Secret) and Robbert Kok (vocals for Disavowed, Obsidian). The Eerier Child
In his journey through numerous music genres The Eerier Child got stuck in the realm of dubstep. Here he found a world where he could release his full power of epic soundscapes, movie moments, and sample madness. And is adopted by Mindtrick Records as their Prodigy!
The Illuminated
Few facts about the origins of dubstep are widely accepted - but a few stand out in my mind as certainties. The fact that the sound originated from South London. The fact that the sound we know and love grew from the intersection of genres like dub/ reggae, grime and garage (to name a few) and the UK's Jamaican soundsystem culture. It's the latter that strikes me as the most important when listening to three Dutch producers who make music under 'The Illuminated' moniker. Dyzz, Rebus and Vence’s music reminds me of the early days of dubstep - with inspiration drawn from the same places as the sound’s forefathers. The trio may have only been producing together for a few years, but they’re quick on their way to joining the likes of Noisia, Icicle, Proxima and TMSV as internationally known and respected Dutch bass music producers. I’ve been working with the trio since hearing ‘Scavenger’, one of their first productions caught the attention of Skream and Benga on Radio 1. Support from other big names quickly followed with the likes of Joe Nice, who’s often quick to rewind many an Illuminated tune, Wheel & Deal's N-Type and Biscuit Factory Records' Walsh lining up to support The Illuminated’s music.
The Thing With Five Eyes
The new darkjazz project from Jason Kohnen / Bong-Ra the founding member of The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble and The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation. THE THING WITH FIVE EYES ventures deeper into mystical and occult territories of the soul. Exploring the vast universes of the unknown.
The Travel
Mike Redman is a busy man. The renowned filmmaker, visual artist and record producer keeps himself occupied at all times. While his recently well received ‘Voodoom’ project (a collaboration between Bong-Ra and Redman’s Deformer) is still hot out the oven, he already has a new project to his name: ‘The Travel’. Redman introduced the audience to The Travel a few years ago when a track was featured on the ‘Songs of charcoal’ compilation. Now a whole album will be released in September. Where Redman usually arouses international crowds with Deformer’s electronic violence, The Travel goes in depth with dark, at times oppressive and claustrophobic tracks with a high content of movie soundtrack influence. A direct result is that some tracks are already adopted by several American filmmakers. ‘Oppressive’ would make a great sub-genre for music like this. The tracks are musical fever dreams on transit and seem to struggle to stay on the right path. The album title is fitting: Nyctophobia, which includes fear of darkness. With The Travel, live instrumentation engages dialogue with Redman’s productional skills and ominous sound design thickened with ‘found sounds’. Nyctophobia generates images when you listen to it and takes you on a journey through darkness... Equally striking is the stunning artwork created by legendary Grammy winner and founder of Living Colour, Vernon Reid.
Theory
Theory is the newest signing on Mindtrick Records. The Sound designer by day Antuan Graftio is a member of several musical projects such as: Sacris Tandem, Conjuncture, and some music has been released under his own name. His name is under at least 20 other Ep`s and albums but the best is yet to come out under his Theory alias for Mindtrick Records at the end of 2016.
